Reporting Game Scores & Penalties for District 3 House and Novice Games

1. Head Coaches or Managers will receive their team login by email. If you have not received yours please contact the District 3 Web Administrator.

2. It is mandatory for the Home team to report the scores & penalties on-line within 48 Hours during League Play and within 4 hours during Playoffs.

3. Game sheets are the official record of the game and must be also be scanned and emailed (or sent by mail) to the appropriate league Convener in accordance with District 3 Operational Procedures Section 21.

4. For scanned copies you must:
   - scan the original top copy of the gamesheet;
   - ensure that the image is clear, in the appropriate orientation, and shows the entire game sheet in the one scan;
   - does not contain gamesheets from other game; and
   - that you save the file using the following file naming protocol "level game #" for example U11C 1909628

5. Below you will find the Step by Step Guide on how to enter the game score on the District 3 website.

How to Report Game Scores Online

Go to http://district3hockey.com/

1. Select LOGIN from top righthand corner of page

2. Enter your User name and Password provided by the league. If you have not received this information or if you have lost/forgotten it please contact webd3master@gmail.com (NOTE: do not share your User name and password with anyone else).

3. Enter Game information: RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOME TEAM (note you are entering the results for both teams):​​​​

   • Under Statistics, Select “2022-2023 Season -  Regular Season" schedule

   • Click on “Report” for the applicable game (note: you may need to adjust the game date range if your game does not appear in the list)

   • Under Step 1 Rosters:

     • Verify the roster for both teams ensuring to unselect any player who did not play by unchecking the radio button before their name

     • Correct jersey numbers where needed

     • Indicate starting goalie (some team has 2 goalie select either)

     • If an affiliate player (AP) was used - add them by selecting "+ add affiiate player", search for player by first and/or last name, once found click on "Submit"; correct jersey number for the player

     • Indicate Bench staff that was present

     • Click on "Submit Line-ups

   • Under Step 2 "Goals and Penalties"

     • Bulk add all the goals by selecting "+ Enter all goals"
       Indicate total # of goals to be entered (home and visitor)
       Enter all the information for each goal as per information on your game sheet hardcopy.
       Click on “submit goals”

     • Bulk add all the penalties by selecting “+ Enter all penalties”
       Enter the total # of penalties in the game (home and visitor)
       Enter all the information as per the game sheet 
       Click on “submit penalties”

   •  Click on Step 3 “Goaltender Stats”:

     • Enter the win/loss/tie decision for each goalie and click “save Goaltender Stats”  
       On the next page select "Back to Goalie records"

   • Click on “Final Step - End Game” tab

     • In the Official Gamesheet Submission box, Enter the email address of to the appropriate league convenor you are submitting the gamesheet to (for House League:
       U11 (Atom) - atomd3c@gmail.com;
       U13 (Peewee) - peeweed3c@gmail.com;
       U15 (Bantam) - bantamd3c@gmail.com;
       U18 (Midget) - midgetd3c@gmail.com; 
       U21 (Juvenile) - D3altchair@gmail.com;
       U9 (Novice): u9District3c@gmail.com)

     • Select "Choose File" and attach the PDF of your gamesheet (be sure to have saved using the following file naming protocol "level game #" for example U11C 1909628); then Click on "Submit Official Gamesheet"

• Click on "Back to Gamesheet" and then Enter the end time on Clock and Click on “Game Over”

That’s it! …. “Logout” or “view website” if you want to see the stats on-line for your team and verify that the Game records show on the website.
